You ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. If you love interacting with people in a positive work environment, apply now!Responsibilities:Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account informationAnswer incoming calls and questions about guests needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requestsField customer complaints when necessaryConnect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are readyWelcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card informationQualifications:High school diploma, GED, or equivalentDisplays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skillsExhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systemsComfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferredAbout Company:Renovated Historic building next to the T-Mobile Center and Power and Light.
