We're looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our Internal IT team. We support Windows and MacOS endpoints, in a Microsoft environment. We're looking to expand on our success within the Internet industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for our Americaneagle.com employees
- Work directly with employees for software/hardware installation
- Patching cables and design/implement network infrastructure
- Use PowerShell scripting to automate manual tasks
- Set up new users, including their physical workspace
- Manage and maintain MS Exchange, MS Teams
- Deploy OS to workstations and laptops
- Support over remote desktop or on-site for multiple offices
Requirements:
- Experience with Windows 10, Windows Server, and MacOS
- Experience with desktop and laptop hardware (RAM, HDD, etc)
- Exposure to RSAT, especially Active Directory
- Software and hardware troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work with command lines (CMD, Terminal, etc)
- Passion for problem-solving and efficiency
- Desire for continuous improvement and learning
- Stellar interpersonal communication skills and a team mindset
