OVERVIEW
At Dealers United, we help automotive dealers and dealer groups sell more cars with full service digital solutions, including SEO, SEM, and Social Advertising.
As a Paid Social Specialist at Dealers United, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, maintaining, and communicating a Social ads strategy for our car dealer clients. They will work to understand the customers goals and bring these goals to life in a timely manner. Delivering best-in-class, WOW customer service is always a priority at Dealers United.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setup and execute effective paid social campaigns using a variety of channels including, but not limited to, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat.
- Complete tickets in a timely manner to support the Customer Experience teams.
- Facilitate the secure formatting and processing of customer data files for purposes of creating customer lists and matching offline events, ensuring data privacy and integrity.
- Work closely with the Dealers United teams and ad platform representatives to understand ad platform best practices.
- Stay current on the latest industry trends to implement best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Propose and implement optimization for campaigns that align with Paid Social strategies to improve performance against predetermined benchmarks on an ongoing basis.
- Perform quality assurance during the ad playbook creation process to check for accuracy.
- Keep accurate up-to-date notes in a client s Hubspot company that paints the overall strategy picture for visibility to other company members.
- Effectively troubleshoot issues with campaigns on each platform to ensure continued optimal performance.
- Grow individual knowledge of each target platform and its intricacies especially related to new product development around target platforms.
- Support the Customer Experience teams with strategic tactical knowledge and insights, specific to the creation and structure of campaigns, ad sets, and ads.
- Support the updating of training resources and standard operating procedures for the Paid Social team s day-to-day operations within ad platforms, software, and other relevant campaign-related aspects.
- Support the Customer Experience teams by participating in client calls as needed, providing insight such as platform knowledge, guidance, and best practices.
- Support the Paid Social team on other various technical and administrative campaign-related tasks.
IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or advertising
- 1+ years experience in creating social media advertising campaigns from the ground up
- Thorough understanding and active adaptation in running digital media campaigns across Facebook, (Snapchat, TikTok and Pinterest are a plus)
- Superb task management skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to problem-solve and find solutions
- Goal-driven and self-motivated team player with a passion for learning
- Understanding of digital solutions and strategies across popular advertising and/or analytics platforms, i.e. Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.
COMPENSATION:
The Paid Social Ads Specialist role compensation structure is a salaried position between $55,000 - $70,000, annually.
