PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Moderating focus groups and conducting in-depth interviews
- Planning research design and implementation, including preparing discussion guides and screeners
- Maintaining analysis, interpretation, and reporting process for qualitative research
- Preparing and presenting findings reports, including recommendations for product revisions
- Recommending courses of action for quantitative research studies based on findings from qualitative research
- Handling logistics for qualitative research projects - recruiting, facility reservation and interaction, payment, etc.
- Maintaining comprehensive notes and assisting with recording and transcription
- Assisting as needed in quantitative research studies
- Staying abreast of latest issues and trends in marketing research and in education
- Be aware of competitors in the marketplace

- Qualtrics (or other online research tools as applicable). Proven aptitude for learning software and processes.
