A well-respected Investment Bank is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance or M&A focused MD to be responsible for originating and executing transactions for the healthcare services team.
This bank has shown resilience in a down market (no layoffs), and has continued to grow through M&A, ECM, and DCM activity.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handles all aspects of client interaction, including directing and coordinating execution of transactions and has primary responsibility for developing, maintaining and generating revenue.
- Work with relationship bankers, corporate finance industry sector bankers, sponsor coverage and product specialists on transaction development.
Experience
- 10+ years of work experience in Investment Banking
