Are you a compassionate caregiver looking for an opportunity to provide essential support and assistance? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and provide care for our client.
Client's Profile:
History of falls, dizziness, arthritis, anxiety, and depression.
Ambulatory with a rollator walker, with shaky balance due to gait disturbance.
Hospitalized earlier this year from February 10th to 15th for dementia and suicidal ideation.
Requires assistance with medication reminders, transportation, meal preparation, bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, verbal cues/redirection, and grooming her nails.
In need of assistance with all aforementioned Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
