As a Social Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in activating our members and users to engage on social media platforms, enhancing our digital presence , improving digital reputation, and fostering meaningful connections within relevant communities.


Key Responsibilities:


Activate Our Members/Users:

  • Develop strategies to encourage participation from our members and users on social media platforms through organic (owned and earned) campaigns.
  • Drive meaningful engagement through actions such as following, liking, commenting, and sharing.
  • Understand social algorithms deeply and build synergy between paid media ( acquisition) and brand building goals.


Engage with Communities:

  • Identify and engage with communities, influencers, forums, and partners relevant to our consumer verticals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored content and engagement strategies for different community segments.


Measure and Improve Online Reputation:

  • Monitor and analyze our digital online reputation across various channels.
  • Identify trends, sentiment, and conversations related to our brand and industry.
  • Develop actionable insights and plans to enhance our online reputation and mitigate potential risks.


Content Creation and Scheduling:

  • Provide strategic guidance, where needed, to ensure that the social editorial calendar is aligned with overall social strategy.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to elevate performance.
  • Drive cohesion across multiple B2C audiences to deliver strong social identity


Analytical Rigor and Goal Achievement:

  • Implement analytical rigor to track and measure the effectiveness of social media initiatives.
  • Define KPIs and benchmarks to assess the performance of social media campaigns.
  • Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights to achieve goals and objectives.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in activating users on social media platforms
  • Strong understanding of social media, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Courage to do what is right for the business, in the context of social media
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
