Opportunity Overview:
We seek high-energy, observant, bilingual instructors who can build strong relationships with students and motivate them to learn and grow. They must also have a strong passion for excellent teaching quality and be committed to technology and innovation in the classroom.
Responsibilities:
- Teach in-person classes to students in a small group setting while following Spark Education's curriculum and guidelines.
- Communicate with parents of students regularly regarding performance.
- Teach inspiring demo classes to prospective students.
- Collaborate with educational consultants and business operations teams to ensure smooth student journey.
- Create a highly engaging teaching enviroment.
- Motivate students in developing skills, attitudes, and knowledge.
Skills and Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Must be a fluent bilingual speaker (English and Chinese) with strong communication skills.
- Tutoring experiences in small groups OR Elementary school in classroom setting.
- Availability to work 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility to schedule shifts within the time frame of 2:30 PM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Weekend opportunities may also be available.
- Have a passion for education and mentoring students.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S
