Patient Access Specialist Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly voice that answers phones and assists patients with questions they have
- Skillfully manage appointments, patient inquiries and registration processes to keep our client's operations running smoothly
- Ensure strict compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient privacy
- Work hand-in-hand with various departments to streamline patient flow and swiftly resolve any issues that arise
