Job Overview: As a Remote Administrative Assistant at Enchanted Expeditions, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations from a remote location. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as managing schedules, organizing documents, and coordinating meetings to ensure efficient office operations.
  2. Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, responding promptly to emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  3. Document Management: Create, format, and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office suite and other software tools to support team members and projects.
  4. Data Entry: Input and maintain data related to travel bookings, reservations, client profiles, and other pertinent information accurately and efficiently into our database systems.
  5. Client Interaction: Provide assistance to clients with inquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellations, delivering exceptional service and support throughout the process.
  6. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with travel vendors, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to confirm reservations, obtain necessary documentation, and address any issues that may arise.
  7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing the overall customer experience through innovation and collaboration.
  8. Special Projects: Support various projects and initiatives as assigned by supervisors or management, contributing to the success and growth of the organization.

Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  2. Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the travel industry.
