The IT Operations Lead reports to the Director of Operations and works closely with our leaders and support staff across the organization.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in systems administration and IT operations.
- Strong knowledge of software and hardware systems, network management, and data security.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an IT Operations role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and security protocols
- Experience with managing and maintaining servers
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficient at managing an initiative or project project management skills from initiation to completion
