Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Manager at MDRSC in Russell Springs, KY. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, ensuring timely execution, and coordinating with various stakeholders. They will be involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management. The Program Manager will also monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure project goals and objectives are met.
Qualifications
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, as well as understand their needs and concerns.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Maintain effective communication channels to provide regular project updates to all relevant parties.
- Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

- Mentor and guide project team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.

Profile
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration).
5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the Automotive Industry.
Experience in Automotive Manufacturing (Plastic IM, Assembly, Paint preferred)
Experience working directly with OEM (BMW, Audi, Mercedes, VW, etc.)
Strong knowledge of automotive project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
PMP or related certification is a plus.
