**IT Support Specialist II**

Fox Pest Control is seeking an IT Support Specialist II with a positive attitude, who is teachable, eager to learn, and has a commitment to honesty and hard work. This position maintains all of Fox Pest Controls hardware and software of information technology systems through face-to-face, phone, ticket system communications, and trains new IT members. This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday within the hours of 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and 1-2 Saturdays a month will be required (on-call, or in office basis).

**A day in the Life of an IT Support Specialist II**
* Point of escalation from Tier 1 IT Support Specialists
* Communicate with employees and customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet their needs
* Troubleshoot technology problems with client groups to ensure satisfaction and operation of technology
* Complete daily tasks such as completing IT tickets
* Collaborate on challenging projects to support the growth of the IT Department
* Establish and maintain positive customer/coworker relationships
* Support various sites, applications, and software used by Fox team members
* High School/GED or better (Required)
* 1-2 years IT helpdesk experience
* CompTIA A+ or Net+ Certification or equivalent
* Apple Certified Support Professional (Preferred)
* Understanding of basic troubleshooting theory
* Familiarity with Parts and functions of CPU, RAM, and hard drives, etc.
* Own a Smartphone
* G Suite (Preferred)
* Microsoft (Preferred)
* Pest Routes Software (Preferred)
* Authorized to work in the United States
* Self-driven with a good attitude
* Great communication skills both written and verbal
