RMG Real Estate Responsibilities
* Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
* Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
* Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
* Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
* Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
* Network, prospect for leads and spend time building new relationships and maintaining current ones with clients
* Be a resource to clients with any questions or concerns they may have throughout the process
Qualifications
* Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelors degree preferred
* At least one year of experience as a buyers agent or relevant real estate experience
* Valid U.S. drivers license with the ability to travel by car
* Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
* Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
* Independent and self-motivated
* Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
* Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals
* Ability to learn new tools, systems, and technology
