Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data, including company statements, market trends, and industry research.
- Prepare financial models and valuations using Excel.
- Assist in client meetings and pitches.
- Address client inquiries related to financial models, presentations, and deal details.
- Draft Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs) and other marketing materials.
- Follow instructions from senior team members.
- Manage deal execution, coordinating with various parties involved.
- Oversee Analysts work for accuracy in financial models and presentations.
- Participate in merger and acquisition (M&A) processes.
- Contribute to deal execution, negotiations, and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
