This leadership role will contribute to market expansion and growth by leading on-time and on-budget construction projects focused on retail fuel solutions construction projects.


The Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated Commercial Construction projects to ensure site safety, project quality, and expected profitability is achieved within the targeted time frame.


Our projects are primarily Fuel Center, Retail Convenience, EV Charging, and/or Car Wash related including concrete flatwork and placement of equipment and technology.

The selected candidate will have responsibility for construction teams of 10+ members and Profit/Loss management per project.


This position reports to the Region Installation Leader and District General Manager. Direct reports include Field Technicians and Laborers. Ensures all D&H s standards are adhered to and executed consistent with company direction.


What you ll do:

  • Manage all aspects of construction installation projects, including concrete (we self-perform) up to 50MM. You ll be asked to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Lead and direct efforts of construction team members (team sizes of up to 10).
  • Responsible for P/L oversight, as well as managing any change orders with client(s).
  • Partners with Construction Managers to discuss the project s progress, issues, and action/recovery plans.
  • Have significant impact upon our market growth and client acquisition.


What you ll bring to the role:

  • 3+ years of commercial construction PM experience.
  • Budgetary experience $5MM - $50MM
  • Experience in directing the work of others
