**Description:**
Adult Tendercare Center is a family-owned and operated adult daycare center that has been caring for Springfield since 1988! We are looking for a full-time caregiver to provide assistance for some of the greatest people in Springfield. If you're looking for a job where you make a difference, have fun, and can give lots of love, then this is what you've been waiting for! Starting pay is set at $10.50 per hour, and your shift would be from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday! We offer paid holidays and paid time off.
**Qualifications:**
- Must be at least 18 years of age. - Must be a loving, patient person. - Experience is preferred but not a must, we will provide in-house training to the right person. - Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job. (Lifting, transferring, bending over, cleaning/mopping, etc.) - Must be able to pass a background screening and a drug test. - Must be a very dependable and patient person. (Our participants have used to a routine and any change in that routine throws them off.) Job Description - Toileting and feeding clients as needed. - Initiating and carrying out activities in a fun, productive way. - Interacting with clients at all times making them feel loved, special, and happy. - Evening cleaning duties. (Mopping, sweeping, dusting, etc.) - Assisting in all areas of client care as they need it.
