**Schedule**

Variable hours, can be flexible; up to 29 hours per week.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

* Assist in creating communication and content for omnichannel onboarding and engagement programs.

* Assist with execution of call campaigns and needed communications using HubSpot and Synapsys.

* Provide communication support for largescale customer impact initiatives.

**Education and Training**

* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a concentration and/or working knowledge in Business Administration, or related field.

**Qualifications**

*Knowledge of:*

* Strong written and oral communication skills

* Strong analytical skills

*Ability to:*

* Take independent action within established fields and assist with development of new procedures or approaches to problems as needed

* Leverage available data to better understand the Busey customer base
