Personal Bankers are responsible for assisting customers with day to day bank transactions and opening accounts; as well as identifying and offering products and services to best fit their needs.

Job duties

Process routine financial business for customers accurately and in a timely manner
Provide quality customer service; promptly address customer concerns
Listen to customers and recommend solutions that best fit their needs; cross-sell and make referrals when appropriate
Establish and maintain relationships with customers
Maintain current knowledge of bank products, services, policies, and procedures

Requirements

Skills and Abilities

Experience providing excellent customer service
Strong computer knowledge
Proficient communication - in person, over the phone, and via email
Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
Minimum of two years of banking experience (preferred)
