Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients in accordance with all applicable laws.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, agreements, and contracts.
• Conduct research and analysis on legal problems and prepare legal opinions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys to discuss case details, strategies, and advancements.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting and summarizing cases to judges and juries.

Requirements:

• Admission to California or Washington State Bar Associations
• Proven track record of litigation and/or transactional experience, with specific expertise tailored to the needs of the practice areas.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
