Job Description:
The General Manager will be expected to lead their team of managers and staff by assuring that they are motivating the team to work hard, be enthusiastic, and to be excited about the restaurant industry. The General Manager must be able to mentor and develop other managers, as well as supervise and motivate the staff. The General Manager must always act as a positive role model and will be responsible for managing the restaurant's financials, inventory control, and showing positive guest counts.
