We have immediate **Full-Time & Part-Time Openings** for **Dietary Aides / Food Service Associates** to join our food service team at **Chesterwood Village** in **West Chester, Ohio**.
**Up To $14 Per Hour | Full Benefits | Flexible Schedule | No Late Night Shifts!**
**Monthly Attendance Bonus:** Work all your shifts for 30 days with no call-offs to earn a share of $5000!
**You'll Be Responsible For:**
* Aiding with food preparation functions in the Food Service Department
* Preparing and serving resident, guest, and staff meals while adhering to documented standards for safety and cleanliness.
* Cleaning work areas and equipment during and immediately after meal preparation and serving according to established practice and regulatory dietary inspection requirements.
* Performing other duties as assigned and which relate to the success of Hillandale Family of Communities and the quality of care and service to the residents, guest, and staff.

* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to learn as we train you in food service
* Excellent communication & customer service skills
