TITLE: Utility Aide
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt, Full-time / 37.5 hours/week
WAGE RATE: Starting at $16 per hour
WORK SCHEDULE: Various Shifts
Sedgebrook is recruiting for a hospitality focused Utility Aide to join our team! The Utility Worker performs a number of kitchen activities including pot washing, dish washing, general cleaning duties and other tasks as assigned.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Utility Aide:
- Performs under the direction of supervisory personnel, dish and pot washing, general cleaning duties.
- Sets up the dish and pot washing area.
- Prepares for dish washing and washes pots, dishes and utensils.
- Distributes and stores clean pots, dishes and utensils.
- Cleans and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Empties trash containers as required.
- Attendance is essential to this job. Must also maintain dependability and punctuality as outlined in Attendance policy.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high pressure environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including morning and weekends
- Ability to life up to 50 pounds several times a day
- Minimal work experience
