Responsibilities Work from established procedures, written and/or verbal instructions. Functional AS400 knowledge and skills. Prepare necessary shipping documents Follow prescribed safety and GMP regulations Maintain necessary records. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Report all quality and maintenance problems to your supervisor. Label and Prepare Transfer orders to Customer Specs. Confirm routing for all orders through Berry transportation system Work with customer routing system to prepare orders for pickup with proper carrier. Work with and maintain inventory controls. Maintain Company Confidentiality policies. Operate Copier, Fax, Scanner, Printer and minor maintenance on them. Shipping and Receiving knowledge and skills. Maintain appointments with carrier's and prepare transfers to be staged and ready for appointments Organized to manage multi systems throughout the day. Perform other duties as required or directed. Validate training materials by working with support leaders in the organization. Learn and understand a wide variety of job duties to a high level of detail. Effectively coordinate and train new and existing employees. Ensure 100% on time training for required courses. Creates, maintains, and updates Work Instructions/SOPs. Conduct training audits to identify training gaps, conduct on the job training to correct deficiencies. Maintain and file training documents. Must work on any shift necessary to perform required duties Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Previous manufacturing experience preferred Basic Microsoft office knowledge and skills Good Communication skills both written and verbal. Must be able to multitask and be self-motivated Ability to read and write along with basic math, reading, writing skills Must have excellent attendance Must be able to work overtime as required Ability to speak in front of large groups Excellent organization, planning, judgment and time management skills Maintain a safe work environment Must be able to perform all duties in a safe and effective manner.
