**Summer Camp Lifeguard**

Set on 52 acres of woods, trails, fields and aquatic areas of the Cleveland Metroparks, the Achievement Centers for Childrens Camp Cheerful offers campers all the traditional camp activities including: hiking, swimming, fishing, canoeing, arts and crafts, nature study activities, games, campfire activities, music and sports. We also offer year-round Therapeutic Horseback Riding sessions.
We are currently recruiting for a Summer Lifeguard!
The Lifeguard is responsible for health and safety of campers while in the pool areas. Must be at least 18 years of age, have a HS Diploma/GED, and current lifeguard certification. Experience with people with disabilities is a plus! This is a full time, Monday through Friday position with opportunities for overtime!
Start date for paid training begins June 1st to June 4th. Life Guard duties begin June 7th. Camp ends August 13th, but if interested there are opportunities to guard into September if interested! Campers range in age from 5 to adult, with an without disabilities.
