Job Location Unity School of Christianity - Unity Village, MO **Job Title:** ROOM ATTENDANT - Clean guest rooms and Airbnb as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming.
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities, as needed.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed.
- Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables.
- Cleaning windows inside and outside.
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Must be able to work a flexible work scheduled, including weekends.
- Regular and reliable attendance at the worksite and adhere to assigned schedule. *this position is not a remote or telecommute position.*
- Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures per the guidebook including all safety requirements including all safety guidelines.
- Utilize electronic time management system to input time, attendance and paid off request.
- Backup various job tasks when co-workers are absent or as needed.
- Work overtime and weekends as scheduled or requested.
- Prior housekeeping, cleaning or customer service experience, a plus.
- Understanding of general cleaning requirements.
* Hotel/Motel cleaning experience, preferred
* Fluent reading, writing and speaking bilingual skills (Spanish/English) required, only when indicated.
* Able to work calmly and effectively with people inside and outside the department or organization.
* Able to acquire and apply knowledge, skills and experience to accomplish results.
