Your opportunity to grow in our company is limited only by your desire, motivation and performance.About the Role:Provide outstanding, friendly and efficient technical support to our select clientele remotely via phone, email, and screen sharingHelp maintain and nurture relationships with our customers and their staffSupport Windows systems, applications, hardware and basic networkingProactive maintenance including patching and responding to monitoring alertsInstall, configure, and deploy hardware and softwareHelp plan and participate in new projects and deploymentsAssist with maintaining security posture and business continuity preparednessMaintain accurate documentation and keep track of tickets and resolutionsPeriodic travel to client sites in the central region of Texas for on-site support and overnight projectsWhat you Bring:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with users of all technical levelsA patient and friendly problem-solver who can explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people understandHighly motivated to track issues through completionA team player, collaborating with client contacts and your team to ensure smooth operationsAbility to work independently and use good judgment in all aspects of your workA technology enthusiast eager to learn new things and apply them to daily workA valid driver's license and the ability to travel periodicallyRequired Skills:Highly experienced with Microsoft server and client operating system fundamentals including Windows 10, Windows 11, Server 2019 and Server 2022Highly experienced with patch management of Windows and 3rd party softwareFundamentals of Active Directory management, group policy, file & print services, client/server networkingSoftware application support for end usersBasics of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, firewallWindows operating systems installation, configuration, supportComputer hardware and peripheral supportBonus Point Skills:Experience with IT in financial institution or

automotive/motorsports/RV
