Our client specializes in crafting, engineering, and producing integrated controls for industrial kitchen appliance manufacturers and operators, guaranteeing the excellence and safety of their products while optimizing workforce productivity and customer contentment. They are looking for an SMT Machine Operator who will be responsible for operating and maintaining surface-mount technology equipment to ensure the efficient and accurate placement of electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs).This is an onsite position based in Stratford, CT.
SMT Machine Operators Responsibilities and Duties
- up and configuring SMT machines according to product specifications and production schedules.
- component reels, trays, and feeders onto the machine.
- and adjusting machine parameters for optimal performance.

SMT Machine Operators Qualifications and Skills
- school diploma or equivalent.
- experience as an SMT machine operator or similar role in electronics manufacturing.
- in operating and programming surface-mount technology equipment, including pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and solder paste printers.
