**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**
As the Inside Sales Manager, you will hire, develop and lead the inside sales team, along with serving your own customer base. As a working manager, it will be your responsibility to work with your sales team to produce steady growth, ensure excellent customer service and focus on continuous improvement while developing and supporting your own customer base.
* Hire, train, develop, challenge and manage the Inside Sales team of 8-10 direct reports - based full time out of our St. Paul, MN headquarters
* Sell Total Tool supplies and services
* Set team sales goals and track progress
* Report on sales metrics provide suggestions for continuous improvement
* Collaborate with Outside Sales, Purchasing and Marketing departments to provide product and service solutions to customers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
* Welcome customer feedback and use it to generate new business ideas and strategy
* Understand our competitors strengths and weaknesses to effectively compete and maximize profitability of the organization
**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:**
* Experience in inside sales and management preferred
* Construction industry experience or knowledge preferred
* Hardworking, Humble, and Hungry

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:**
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
* Must be able to fill orders, which will require lifting and bending
