Maintenance Manager
Amotec is actively seeking candidates for a Maintenance Manager opportunity. Located in Central Wisconsin our client is poised for substantial growth with opportunities for advancement within this global manufacturer. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for a team of 30+ direct & indirect reports, managing all maintenance activities. Additionally, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible and accountable for adherence to procedures, budgets, quality, production, and safety. Additional Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot issues arising on the shop floor, manage factory maintenance programs while managing budgets
- Promote and support site initiatives including safety programs, lean initiatives, and training programs
- Ensure that work orders and work assignments are completed in a timely fashion by the maintenance department
- Develop preventative maintenance programs and monitor
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Bachelor s degree preferred or relevant experience will be considered
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing
- Strong people skills and the proven ability to lead large teams, strong budgeting skills and ability to execute timelines and meet metrics
- PLC, electrical and mechanical experience, preferably in high speed manufacturing
