LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Business Analyst with our client in the Orlando, FL office for a direct hire opportunity.
***Hybrid 2-3 days in office a week role in Orlando, FL***
On-call rotation, one week every four weeks
The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the development team and end-users, focusing on the financial aspects of the business - understanding and managing ongoing projects, changes, and customizations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage ticketing processes related to DAX software
- Support the conversion and implementation of Dynamics 365
- Provide end-user support and problem resolution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AX
- Coordinate with business units to address and resolve business impacting problems
- Document user requirements and design business requirement documents for system improvements
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong accounting knowledge, including proficiency with general ledgers, and accounts receivable/payable.
- Background in manufacturing preferred.
- Understanding of business process flows.
- Experience with Dynamics AX 2012; familiarity with Dynamics 365 is beneficial.
- Knowledge of ERP system implementation and customization.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certifications in Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations preferred
Compensation:
- $85,000 - $95,000, potential for bonus. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
