ESTATE MANAGER -Private Service Industry BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MI
Newly created position at a beautiful estate with a large team of employees (including some live-in). Principals are seeking a hands-on professional who is willing to pitch in wherever needed but who has also successfully managed staff and directed the daily operations of a large property. Animal lovers encouraged to apply!
The ideal candidate has a stable management background in a luxury/five star private estate, or luxurty hotel. Personal traits must include a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and quickly change priorities. In addition, the Estate Manager role requires the need for extreme confidentiality and discretion along with a sincere passion for providing stellar service/guest satisfaction. Requires experience working with vendors. Staff includes Chef, Housekeepers, Housemen, Groundskeeper and Pet Care team. $100-$125K plus benefits.
