Position Objective:
Outside Sales Representative is responsible for providing prices and arranging orders based on our customers requests, in a timely manner. Also responsible for negotiating with overseas suppliers, as well as applying resourcefulness and strong attention to detail while converting inquiries into orders. Developing and maintaining good relationships with both suppliers and customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on quotes for all products
Process sales orders
Create and provide quotations
Monitor competitors products and prices
Negotiate price with suppliers and present to customers
Work in small team environment, communicating as required with all personnel.
Develop new suppliers and potential customers
Maintain good business relationships with existing suppliers and customers
Manage customer-specific inventories as needed.
Travel to customers and suppliers as needed (both domestic and international)
Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Perform for individual and company s sales annual goals and profits
Cover area - mainly Mexico region (20% Overnight travel monthly)
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Spanish bilingual
Bachelor s Degree in related field
Work experience in international field is preferred
Willing to travel throughout the Mexico, US and abroad
Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel (pivot table, v-lookup, etc.)
Communication skills essential and the ability to effectively communicate with non-native English speakers highly preferred
Ability to multitask
