POSITION SUMMARY (Limit to a few sentences to explain the main purpose of the role)
Responsible for the coordination of parties and information related to special projects as defined by department management and/or consultants working with the Health System on projects relative to the HR & Payroll Departments. Assists with project related activities including data validation, dual maintenance conversion, data entry, capture meeting minutes and actions; along with managing crucial tasks to ensure project implements on time and accurately and delivering training related activities.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
2 years of prior experience coordinating or managing components of projects preferred.
Job aids software for training preferred.
Education:
Associate degree in business, IT or healthcare or a combination of college preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
License, Certification & Registration:
N/A
