  • POSITION SUMMARY (Limit to a few sentences to explain the main purpose of the role)

    • Responsible for the coordination of parties and information related to special projects as defined by department management and/or consultants working with the Health System on projects relative to the HR & Payroll Departments. Assists with project related activities including data validation, dual maintenance conversion, data entry, capture meeting minutes and actions; along with managing crucial tasks to ensure project implements on time and accurately and delivering training related activities.
  • POSITION REQUIREMENTS

    • Experience:

      • 2 years of prior experience coordinating or managing components of projects preferred.
      • Job aids software for training preferred.
    • Education:

      • Associate degree in business, IT or healthcare or a combination of college preferred
      • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • License, Certification & Registration:

      • N/A
