These positions will routinely maintain cleanliness and sanitation for the Bon Air Complex while providing an environmentally safe living and working environment for residents, staff and guest. Employees in this role will be required to perform entry to advance level services in housekeeping and janitorial operations in accordance with industry specific guidelines and safety regulations to include blood-borne pathogens and other related OSHA and EPA guidelines. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: maintaining common areas, floors, restrooms, trash and providing assistance during special events according to cleaning and sanitation standards.

Knowledge of proper use of personal protective equipment relevant to janitorial and or housekeeping functions. Knowledge of industry specific guidelines and safety regulations to include Hazard Communication, Safety Data Sheets, OSHA guidelines and blood-borne pathogens. Ability to use industrial grade equipment while performing a variety of cleaning task. Ability to interpret and follow oral and written directions, complete documentation accurately and timely and provide great customer service communicating effectively both written and orally. Must have a valid drivers license by the time of employment. Preferred Qualifications Prefer experience using industrial grade equipment. High school graduate or equivalent. Special Requirements **Background Investigations**: Selected applicants for this position are subject to a background investigation and pre-employment drug screen. 1. Conviction of **ALL** felony offenses. 2. Conviction of **ANY** offense relating to Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. 3. Conviction of **ANY** sexually related offenses (including Prostitution and Indecent Exposure). 4. Conviction of **ANY** misdemeanor possession, sale or distribution of an illegal substance in last 5 years. 5. Conviction of misdemeanor assault and assault & battery offenses in the last 10 years. 6. Conviction of misdemeanor bad check writing, trespassing or reckless driving in the last 3 years. 7. Conviction of **ANY** crime involving lying, cheating or stealing in the last 3 years. 8. Conviction of misdemeanor DUI or DUI related offense in the last 5 years. 9. Any active jail time or probation or parole supervision at the time of the background investigation. 10. Habitual misdemeanor convictions will be looked at on a case by case basis. 11. Misdemeanor convictions not listed above will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Barriers to Employment 1. Termination for cause from any employment. 2. Dishonorable discharge from any military service (Less than honorable will be reviewed). 3.
