Guest Services Representative


Job Details

St. Norbert College, a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college has an opening for a part-time Guest Services Representative at the Kress Inn, its all suite luxury hotel. This position is responsible for checking guests in and out; assisting with reservations; and professionally meeting customer needs. Additional responsibilities include processing night audit, preparing daily arrivals, stocking food and supplies, setting-up of continental breakfast and light housekeeping.

The work schedule is 1-2 nights per week (varying days, including weekend shifts), third shift (11:00 pm - 7:00 am). This position is not benefit eligible, but does include travel discounts at affiliated hotels and receives shift differential pay.

The preferred candidate will have a high school diploma and one year of hotel, conference or hospitality front desk and operations experience.

This position will be posted for a minimum of five business days or until the needs of the position have been met.
