**Job Requirements:**
* Superior interpersonal and communication skills; problem solving and decision making.
* Previous experience in a customer facing role preferred but not required.
* Experience in logistics preferred but not required.
* Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data and reports, as well as ability to write reports and professional business correspondence.
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with CRM and BI systems helpful and generally strong computer skills.
* Ability to learn new software and computer systems.
* Disciplined organizational and multi-tasking skills required with a strong attention to detail.
* Demonstrates the ability to connect with others on a personal level to create an openness and trust in the relationship whether with team members, customers or stakeholders.
