Personal Injury Associate Attorney
Our client, a Plaintiff Personal Injury firm with locations throughout the Tri State Area, is opening a Brooklyn, NY office.
Ideally, we are looking a lawyer with at least 7-10 years experience as a Personal Injury Attorney with experience in mediations, arbitrations, depositions as well as experience handling pleadings & motions. (From intake to trial). Ideal candidate has experience managing a small staff and mentoring junior attorneys. Russian language skills preferred.
In this role, you can also receive additional compensation as per the following; 40% if you bring the case in (if you are with the firm when the case resolves, if not, 33 1/3%)
Senior Associate Attorney also can get a % of settlements of the team managed.
Qualifications
- JD
- Member of NY State Bar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Personal Injury Experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Ability to manage and run their own caseload
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be able to work autonomously as part of a team.
