**Inside Sales Representative**
**Department:** Internal Sales **Location:** Tucker, GA
**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative for our Corporate office in Tucker, GA. This position requires communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
To be successful as an Inside Sales Representative with 50Floor you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction, You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, and closing sales.
**Position Responsibilities:**
* Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
* Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
* Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
* Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
* Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
**Skills Needed to Succeed:**
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Strong listening and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Excellent phone skills.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Ability to work a five-day, 40 hour work week - Additional days or hours may be required based on volume and seasonality, in addition to the flexibility to take calls afternoon/evening and/or weekend hours.
