Responsibilities

KBW is working with a Global Life Science company on a search for a Sr technical Accountant. The role will report into the Director and be focused primarily on Technical Accounting matters for the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for continued career growth. Responsibilities include:

• Review and ensure compliance with technical accounting matters such as Revenue Recognition, Lease Accounting and business combinations
• Assist with internal controls, International Consolidations and M&A
• Review, analyze and reconcile transactions
• Business partnering and subject matter expert for other departments
• Review and design process improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  
  

Required

• Bachelor Degree Accounting or Finance preferred
• 3 plus years of related experience
• Public Accounting and/or CPA is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with a large ERP system
