  • Summary:

    Paid Advertising Specialists at ChoiceLocal are responsible for developing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Advertising Strategies for our clients. This includes designing tests and identifying new opportunities to reduce wasted cost and increase conversions for our clients. It also includes orchestrating the entire advertising approach, everything from ads to landing pages, to spot-checking forms.

    Successful SEM Specialists will bring professional PPC experience and will love to learn, teach, and test new things.



    Responsibilities:

    • Strategizes the ideal architecture of an account, composition of text in all ad formats, and ideal page layout to generate action.*
    • Overseeing management of platforms including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Local Service Ads, Programmatic Display.
    • Researching competitive strategies evaluates new technologies and keeps abreast of industry news.
    • Creation, management and maintenance of landing pages including developing and analyzing A/B testing.*
    • Establishes paid search strategy, defines measurements, and determines best practices to analyze data.*
    • Analyzes data and provides reports used for strategic planning.
    • Creates strategies on company search engine advertising initiatives and determines future moves, budgets, and plans.*
    • Reviews and implements search engine advertising procedures.*
    • Assist in sales projections and developing new partners strategies.
    • Executes and follows project initiatives, adjusts personal workflow, assigns project priority, tracks progress, and provides analysis.*
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    *Essential Function


    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of hands-on experience executing paid search strategies in Google, Bing, Facebook or other relevant platforms.
    • Ability to manage multiple brands and initiates across different markets.
    • Experience with Google Analytics and attribution tracking a plus.
    • Experience with Zapier a plus.
    • Experience with CRM integrations a plus.
    • Experience with HTML and/or WYSIWYG builders a plus.

    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


    Computer Skills:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, HTML, and various sites to be determined.


    Education/Experience:

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
