Commercial Property Manager
Windsor Mill, MD(Baltimore)
$80,000-110,000 + 10% bonus
Managing up to 2.5Msft of a diversified portfolio (mix - Office, retail, industrial) Responsible for financial performance of the asset, interact closely with Senior Management, acquisition, asset management, leasing, construction, and accounting teams.
- Oversee aspects of building operations for maintenance, safety, energy management.
- Manage engineering and personnel to implement property business plan with careful focus on tenant relations.
- Develop and manage accurate annual operating and capital budget
- Detailed monthly review of all operating costs and produce variance explanations and reports.
- Review construction plans for tenant design build outs and building improvements and work with Construction team throughout completion.
- Review CAM reconciliations
- Tenant relations
- Prepare financial packages
- Lease Administration
- involved in Construction management (as a Property Manager)
Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree
3+ years commercial property management experience
Proficiency in Excel, Word and industry software such as MRI, Yardi, or JD Edwards
Experience managing a commercial portfolio
