Represent Grass Nerds with honesty and integrity
Maintain a professional appearance
Accurately measuring lawns, providing quotes, and making field sales
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Perform lawn care services, including fertilization, weed control, aeration, etc.
Provide professional, courteous customer service
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Advanced problem-solving skills and proven time management
Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds (8-10) hours per day
Able and willing to work in various weather conditions (8-10) hours per day
