**Sales Manager**

**Job Summary:**
* Manage the overall sales process related to Residential New Construction (RNC) HVAC installations.
**Essential Duties/Responsibilities:**
* Build/Maintain strong relationships with RNC Builders (Single Family & Multi-Family)
* Oversee/Train Sales Associates, Estimators, and Administrative Support personnel
* Meet internal and external stakeholder needs/deadlines
* Staff appropriately with overhead in mind
* Create a fair environment so that employees are respected but dont take advantage of the company
* Hold employees accountable to company policy
* Ability to read house plans and general duct designs
* Strong communicator
* Focus on Safety
**Working Conditions:**
* Open office environment
* Desk and computer work required
* Frequently walk houses under construction
* Interact with Builders in a professional capacity
* Some overtime required as special projects arise.
* Infrequent travel outside the Mid-Atlantic region
**Minimum Requirements:**
* Minimum of a High School diploma
* 5+ years of HVAC Sales experience
* PC experience
**Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**
* General knowledge of what goes into the construction of a residential home
* Ability to navigate through Microsoft Outlook and Excel
**Physical Requirements:**
* Walk up and down stairs
* Walk on rough grade conditions to gain access to some projects
