Physician Assistant and/or Nurse Practitioner (Pediatric or Family)

Our private Pediatric practice, with offices located in Manhattan and Brooklyn, is looking for a licensed Physician Assistant and or Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established practice on a full-time or part-time basis. Candidates should have an interest in serving the Chinese population (Preferred bilingual in CANTONESE or MANDARIN).
Responsibilities:
Help provide primary care to patients.
Perform physical exams.
Record patient medical histories/symptoms to electronic medical records
Diagnose health issues and formulate plans for patients.
Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests.
Administer vaccinations and treatments.
Consult and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and families on disease prevention and managing illnesses or injuries.
Qualifications:
- Current license to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in New York State
- Ability to speak English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
- Previous experience relevant to the area of clinical practice is preferred but not necessary.
