Join Lantech as a 1st shift Advanced Production Assembler (Rigging) in our CLIMATE CONTROLLED facility. We offer a 4-day work week with overtime opportunities, quarterly profitability bonuses, and TONS of opportunities for advancement. Our Riggers START at $19.00/hr
1st Shift: Mon - Thu, 6am - 4:30 pm

Here's a Glimpse at What you'll Do:
As an Advanced Production Assembler at Lantech, you will:
- Use your mechanical aptitude to set up and tear down Lantech machines (per customer specifications)
- Collect pieces from other departments to set up machines.
- Gain electrical knowledge and exposure by running cables.
- Read a tape measure
- Use hand tools and power tools
- Push carts and use cranes for lifting.
- Be standing approximately 9-10 hours per day.
- Drive a fork truck and lift loads up to 50 lbs.
This is a good opportunity for someone wanting to gain experience with electrical components.
What are We Looking For? (Requirements)
We are looking for someone who:
- Is able to read and follow instructions in English (standard work).
- Is able to read blueprints, drawings, and electrical labels.
- Is able to climb a ladder, bend, and be underneath structures.
- Is able to self-identify problems and support problem solving / solutions
- Is willing to get Lantech Marklift and Fork Truck certification
- Is able to consolidate information from multiple sources.
- Is detail oriented with a strong commitment to quality, and safety and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Has a high aptitude for working with situations of a manufacturing nature.
- Practices safe work habits as an individual and with co-workers.
- Adheres to guidelines related to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Is a team-oriented individual with good interaction/communication skills.
- Is able to get directions and follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Is detail-oriented and able to work effectively within a fast-paced production environment.
- Is able to lift up to 50lbs
- Is able to stand for 9-10 hours per day
- Is able to pass a pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
- Is willing and able to work overtime to complete projects and/or meet scheduling deadlines.
- Is customer focused on a strong commitment to quality and production schedule.
- Has sustained a record of good attendance.
- Is legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Education & Experience:
- Must have some mechanical and electrical assembly experience or a mechanical/electrical background.
- Must possess strong mechanical/electrical knowledge.
- Mechanical aptitude required
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training from vocational or trade school is a plus.
