Ashworth Strategy: Digital Marketing Client Account Manager
Ashworth Strategy, a rapidly expanding Ecommerce Marketing Agency based in the U.S., is experiencing significant growth. To support this expansion, we are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Client Account Manager with a specialization in Ecommerce client management.

Salary: $45,000 Annually
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mainly Ecommerce clients, guiding them through the development, implementation, execution, and optimization of cross-channel campaigns.
- Be the account owner as project owner and manager, ensuring that we keep client goals central in mind and drive the project forward in a timely way, staying on track to reach or exceed client's goal.
- Be the project leader, managing the team to stay on track toward's the client's goal.
- Make sure to uncover any bottlenecks in getting the ball rolling to the next step in the project.
- Detail oriented and being the filter to critically analyze what is being passed between the production team and the client.
- Lead client discussions, manage expectations, and ensure commitment to their success.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Ecommerce industries.
- Generate and present detailed reports on account status.
- Updating Playbooks and SOPs as needed.
- Attend all team meetings and media buying meetings at 6pm EST (3pm PST) to ensure alignment and collaborative strategy execution.
- Be available to connect with our Australian team members, accommodating the time difference to maintain effective communication and project synergy.
Requirements:
- Strong client communication skills
- Project Management experience
- Work in PST Time Zone
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment juggling several projects at once.
- Highly organized and process-oriented.
- Detail oriented.
- Enjoys managing projects and a sense of ownership.
- Proven experience with Shopify and in a marketing agency setting, managing client accounts.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management or Client Relations.
- Familiarity with Social Media, Paid Ads (Google, Facebook, TikTok), and Email/SMS Marketing.
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Communication, or a relevant field.
- Strong collaboration skills, superior communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Must be flexible with work hours to meet the needs of international team members and client meetings, with availability to transition to a full-time role after the initial 3-month period.
