**Seasonal Traveling Asphalt Laborer**
Maintenance - Other - -- Grand Rapids, Michigan
We are forming a brand new crew of traveling asphalt laborers to help out at our 40 apartment communities in Michigan!
**We pay $17.25 an hour + $30/per diem additional each day when traveling,** chances for overtime and room to grow in 21 states with the best company in property management!
**This position will most likely start in May 2021 through October 2021 with a chance at full time/year round work!** Travel throughout Michigan is required but we have you covered and will take great care of you! This position is based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan.
**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Perform all asphalt-related jobs, including but not limited to:
* Operate light and/or heavy-duty vehicles, including but not limited to maneuvering loaded trailers
* Setting up and tearing down all equipment and materials
* Operating, inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining all equipment and machinery, including but not limited to monitoring and changing the oil on crew vehicles, belt tightening, etc.
* Cleaning and preparing pavement for resurfacing
* Sealcoating (brush or spraying)
* Hot crack filling
* Hand-working areas as needed where sealing machine is unable to reach
* Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, including but not limited to: trimming all edges around work area
* cleaning cracks in pavement
* prepping oil spots before resurfacing
* assisting with work area barrier setup and take down
* Consistent and sustained adherence to Monarch Professional Behavioral Standards
* Additional assignments and projects as needed
We are growing and looking to add another **Multifamily Housing Analyst** in Grand Rapids, Michigan!
This position works directly with an Asset Manager on existing and possible future multifamily properties. Responsibilities include those related to multifamily property and portfolio operations, marketing, finance/accounting, refinance analysis, and acquisitions.
