We are actively seeking a bright and analytical Contracts Administrator with strong organizational skills to join us in our beautiful Century City headquarters!


We have offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, Miami, and New York.


As the Contracts Administrator, you are responsible for analyzing, editing and redlining a variety of contracts, responding to requests for proposals, and training new sales staff on the contracts process. In this role, you will work with our in-house legal team, senior management, and our sales staff to manage the entire contracts process and support our efforts to gain new business.

What to Expect:

  • Review, analyze, proofread, and redline contracts and agreements
  • Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs); prepare other cost proposals
  • Work with internal teams in LA, SF, NY, and FL to enforce and train on proper contract procedures
  • Manage and maintain contracts database
  • Interact with clients and participate in the contract negotiation process
  • Assist in other legal and general business tasks, such as maintaining DBAs, insurance renewals, reviewing legal documents, and other various projects assigned
  • Post agreements in CRM system
  • Maintain updates to our fee agreement language
  • Work with Compliance in areas such as background check compliance, ACA compliance, etc
  • Assist with legal research and compliance in regards to labor laws


Who We Are Seeking:


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in analyzing, proofreading, and redlining contracts or other documents
  • At least 4 years of experience in a corporate setting
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to draft, edit, and proofread with accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
