The Medical Director is responsible for managing a minimum of fourteen patients per day, coordinating patient scheduling, monitoring charts, guide medical staff and troubleshoot as necessary. Ultimately, ensuring that the patient is receiving the highest quality of care.Presenting a friendly and helpful face to patients, providing day-to-day operations and decisions involving front office, nursing and case management will enhance the experience of other members of the Healthcare Center staff and add value to the team. The Medical Director is responsible for building a dynamic team by interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.
